Job Description

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and screen qualified egg donor candidates across the U.S.

• Coordinate appointments with IVF clinics, legal teams, and medical providers

• Guide candidates through medical screening, psychological evaluations, and legal clearances

• Maintain accurate records and communicate progress with the intake team

• Optionally build and manage your own referral network of donors

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in egg donation or assisted reproduction

• Prior experience with fertility clinics or donor agencies is a plus

• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely

• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and virtual communication tools

Compensation Structure

• Top-tier commission structure: up to $3,000 per successful egg donor match

• Payout after the egg donor cycle is successfully completed
